Eurocaf:
the first brand

Eurocaf is both the name of the company and the name of its first brand.

Founded in 1959, it took on the Atomium in Brussels as its logo: the main pavilion and icon of the 1958 World Exhibition in Brussels.

The monument represented the democratic will to keep the peace among all nations, the faith in technological and scientific progress and an optimistic view of the future.

In other words, in a futuristic vision, the Atomium metaphorically stood for what would later become the founding principles of the European Community.

MEC's coffee

To support the Company’s vision for the future, the Eurocaf brand has been integrated with the payoff: IL CAFFÈ DEL MEC (European Common Market Coffee).

The blends produced under the Eurocaf brand are initially made for home and professional use (mainly HO.RE.CA), later becoming successful products for the vending channel and large-scale distribution.

Modernization

In 1995 the logo was updated.

While graphically modernized, it retained the original EU theme.

Internazionalization

Following the internationalization process initiated by the company in 1996 and the consequent need to register its trademark in many countries around the world, the latest version of the Eurocaf logo, without the words “CAFFE'” and “TORINO”, is more orderly, and it features a more essential visual impact.

Tuberga Coffee

With the experience gained in the export sector and the many trade shows attended internationally, and to show even more proudly the Made in Italy that has marked the products for decades, the company created Tuberga Coffee in 2005: a classic family brand which, alongside the original Eurocaf, identifies the production of high quality coffee from the very beginning.

If Eurocaf can boast 60 years of history and passion, Tuberga Coffee is the evolution of this experience handed down to the next generation.
